The core of Ausentek NIR Analyzer(AUK-WF2000) lies in the NIR spectrometer technology. This technology measures the spectral absorption characteristics of a substance within a specific wavelength range, enabling non-contact and non-destructive rapid analysis of the moisture and other components in the sample. Compared with traditional methods such as drying and Karl Fischer titration, NIR spectrometer technology has the advantages of fast measurement speed, no need for sample pretreatment, no damage to sample structure, and real-time online monitoring. At the same time, Ausentek has conducted deep optimization on this basis, achieving precise measurement of multi-component content in materials with extremely low error rates through high-precision sensors and advanced algorithm models, meeting the high-precision measurement needs of various industries. An important characteristic of NIR Analyzer technology is the completeness of the technology itself, which requires three conditions to be met simultaneously: -A NIR spectrometer with long-term stable performance is a basic requirement for ensuring good reproducibility of data; -A fully functional chemometric software is a necessary tool for establishing models and conducting analyses; -An accurate and widely applicable model. AUSENTEK ALUMINA CONCENTRATION MEASURING ANALYZER
Ausentek alumina concentration measuring analyzer (AUK-RP-NIR) uses near-infrared backscatter measurement technology and is applied in the alumina industry. It is installed on the pipeline through flange docking and can measure the caustic concentration and sodium aluminate solution concentration in the solution in real time. The measurement data is calculated and processed in real time to obtain corresponding values, achieving efficient online rapid analysis and assisting in the automation control of the production process. This equipment is of great significance for improving alumina production, reducing energy consumption, and reducing laboratory frequency.
